UNIT 4 BIRCH CLOSE - EASTBOURNE

We have recently completed the refurbishment and conversion of the existing commercial building at Birch Road, Eastbourne, into two new units, for the 'Trustees of the Chatsworth Settlement', managed by Compton Estates. The Tender was based on Specification and Drawings, and valued at £261k with project coordination by Strutt & Parker of Lewes. The works comprised of roof overhaul, curtain walling, roller shutters, mechanical heating, plumbing and electrics, new decorations and floor finishes and formation of new internal offices.
