We continue to work with this client to refurbish numerous branches per year throughout the country. Currently the client is committed to a large expansion and refurbishment programme on which we continue to complete projects on a nationwide basis. We are employed as a main contractor on a partnering framework agreement, with all costs agreed on a standard Schedule of Rates. The scope of works include DDA adaptions, fire upgrade works, joinery, and co-ordination of various sub-contractors. All works are completed with minimum disruption to the branch, which often results in night-time or weekend working.
