EXTERIOR REFURBISHMENT - CHISWICK PLACE

Hawk were instructed by the client to refurbish all of the exterior elevations of this prestigious apartment block within the centre of Eastbourne opposite the famous Devonshire Park Theatre and Tennis complex.

The works undertaken included concrete and brick repairs, full re-decorations and renewal of the existing balcony balustrades and replacement of the balcony floor coverings.

The key to this successful project was the communication generated between ourselves and the individual flat owners and ensuring that the overall process of the works caused as minimal disruption and inconvenience to them as possible.
