ALDER CLOSE - EASTBOURNE.

This negotiated design and build contract was recently carried out by Hawk on behalf of Chatsworth Estates and involved the separation of a large industrial unit into two.

An internal office block was constructed within the newly formed unit and all services, including electrics and heating, were divided into two separate installations complete with new statutory mains supplies.

The new office block was fully finished with floor finishes, ceramic tiling and decorations and included a bespoke powder coated aluminum curtain wall entrance unit. Externally new security fencing was erected complete with revised underground drainage and finishes.
