INDUSTRIAL REFURBISHMENT - C. BREWER & SONS Ltd, WELHAM GREEN, HERTS

The industrial premises shown were in need of repair, modernisation and redecoration before being occupied by an incoming tenant. Our client presented us with a brief for the project, we took possession of the premises and over the course of the following 2 weeks transformed the interior space into an immaculate and highly lettable premises.

The premises were cleared of all contents and waste, the lighting upgraded, all electrical circuits tested, all surfaces cleaned and decorated, new suspended ceilings installed, new floor finishes installed and as the pictures show, the warehouse area received a new floor coating.

The project was undertaken on a full management and supervision basis with distinct similarities to a turn key project. At the close of the project the clients was presented with keys to all the new locks and new test certification for the electrical installations making the premises ready for immediate occupation.
